The i-Payout (globalewallet) has been implemented into the Wealth4all site all withdrawals are to be made through i-Payout.

The fee for withdrawals from Wealth4all to i-Payout (globalewallet) is 25c replacingthe existing $2 fee. 

Deposits can still be made from AlertPay (now known as PAYZA) and STP through Wealth4all with the 7% fee.

There is no fee when depositing to Wealth4all from i-Payout (globalewallet). 

Withdrawals can be made to PAYZA through i-Payout (globalewallet) but STP does not allow this, you are only allowed to deposit from STP to i-Payout (globalewallet) only, this is an STP issue not ours. 

The transfer funds feature is no longer available in Wealth4all, all transfers are to be made through i-Payout (globalewallet) for a fee of 25c from ewallet to ewallet. 

If you have had trouble or have never set up your i-Payout (globalewallet) account please do so by going to your "Account Profile" and clicking Register for I-Payout to register(the bottom link).  

If you get a message that says user already exists, click I-Payout E-Wallet Link (the top one) and requesta password only, do not enter anything in the fields, then you will be asked to enter a username, that would be your Wealth4all username after receiving your password sign in to i-Payout (globalewallet) andcomplete the steps to set up your account.

i-Payout支付系統(全球電子錢包服務)已經被植入到Wealth4All的網站上，以後所有的提款動作都需要透過I-Payout支付系統。

原本從Wealth4All提款到Alertpay/STP的手續費是每一筆交易2美金，現在從Wealth4All提款到I-Payout支付系統的手續費是每一筆交易0.25美金。

將款項存入到Wealth4All的E-wallet(電子錢包)，還是可以透過Alertpay(現在改名叫Payza)或是STP，但是要收存入金額的7%當做手續費。

如果將款項由Wealth4All提款到i-Payout支付系統，是不收手續費的。

會員可以將i-Payout支付系統中的餘額提領至Alertpay(Payza)，但不能將i-Payout支付系統中的餘額提領至STP。

你只能將錢從STP存到i-Payout支付系統，這是STP本身的問題，跟i-Payout支付系統無關。

資金調動選項(Transfer funds)已經從Wealth4All的後台中移除，以後要將資金轉給下線或是其他人，都要透過i-Payout支付系統，每一次交易的手續費是0.25美金。

假如你還沒有設定好你的i-Payout支付系統，或是有其他的問題，請到Wealth4All的後台，點下"ACCOUNT PROFILE"選項，進入這個選項後，可以在最下面的"Payment Settings"中看到兩個選項：

如果要註冊i-Payout支付系統，就選"Register for I-PAYOUT"那個選項。

假如你看到一個訊息說，使用者已經存在，那你可以按下"I-Payout E-Wallet Link"這個選項，系統會寄一封信到你的信箱，裡面會有你i-Payout支付系統的密碼。

i-Payout支付系統的使用者帳號，就是你的Wealth4All的使用者帳號，但是密碼會另外寄出，請登入i-Payout支付系統並依序完成系統的設定。
